After completing Winning with Pinterest – Epic Strategies for Direct Sellers or having spent a bit of time using Pinterest for your business you’ll need to dial it up a notch. Kristy Empol has the course for you to do that, Advanced Pinterest Strategies. Let’s see if you are ready to up your game a smidge or maybe take an even bigger leap with another course that’ll I’ll be reviewing next week, Tailwind for Pinterest Secrets Revealed! Ready?
Advanced Pinterest Strategies
Overview
Kristy breaks down some pretty global ideas about advanced Pinterest strategies into smaller nuggets of information. Given that I have experience blogging, #obviously, some of her descriptions helped me to see what I do right here fits well with Pinterest, too! So win-win for me and for the non-blogger as well. Her strategies will help drive organic, non-paid, traffic to you and not your competition.
Strength
As I was saying in the overview, Advanced Pinterest Strategies breaks down some of the big ideas into more manageable ideas to wrap your head around. Furthermore, she includes a lot of great printable worksheets to help you track your progress and Pinterest growth. The course also offers a quick overview of Tailwind to help alleviate some of the burdens of manual pinning.
Area for improvement
Since the course was originally launched Pinterest has made a few tweaks and changes to how they promote and circulate pins so it could use a refresh in a couple of sections. That being said, there is still some sound advice provided.
Who would benefit from this course
If your ideal client is using Pinterest then you probably should be as well. This is a great intermediate course to help you really start to refine your Pinterest strategy. If you have been already getting organic traffic to your business and know what a Rich Pin is then I would skip it and start to consider using Tailwind to expand your reach.

What’s next?
Next week I will be reviewing the Tailwind for Pinterest Secrets Revealed so we can take it all to the next level.
I have also picked up a copy of Atomic Habits by James Clear to read and review so be on the lookout for that review.
